Parent coaching can also help when you are trying to support a child who is struggling with anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, an eating disorder, or any other significant emotional or behavioral challenge.
Parent coaching sessions are time-limited and structured. You will develop knowledge and tools to help you feel effective. In the sessions and with practice, you will learn how to communicate and behave in a way that fosters connection and understanding while at the same time sets age-appropriate limits and expectations.
