Group Therapy for Kids

Collage of Kids

We offer groups for littles, tweens, and teens designed to teach the same sorts of evidence-based emotional awareness and self-regulation skills that we teach in therapy! As with our individual therapy, these small groups for kids are state-of-the-art, grounded in scientific research, and skills-focused– and we give parents of participating children information about what we are covering in-session and ideas about how to support kids in applying and generalizing the skills they learn. Group is a safe, confidential space that is supportive and fun.
